General Info
We treat your pets like family Pointe Animal Hospital is a small animal veterinary hospital specializing in companion animals. Primarily we deal with dogs and cats, but we also treat rabbits, ferrets, guinea pigs, hamsters etc. Services provided include: physical exams, vaccinations, heartworm testing and preventatives, flea and tick control products, spays and neuters, other surgeries such as wound repair and mass removals, dental cleanings, x-rays, bloodwork, hospitalizations, IV fluids, and many others. We also have a certified master groomer on site 3 days a week for dog grooming services. Veterinary services are provided by Dr. Chris Repke, DVM. Dr. Chris is a '03 MSU graduate who spent the last 12 years in small animal clinical practice nearby in White Lake, MI. On 4/1/15, he purchased the formerly Pointe Animal Clinic in Fenton from Dr. Labar who retired after more than 30 years. This was the only vet office that was willing to help me! they did a wonderfull job and were very plesent...

Horrible customer service. They forgot to send us home with pain meds and didn't sell us a cone. Of course the stitches were open the very next morning so I took my dog in and the vet gave ME major attitude and treated me like it was MY fault! REALLY?! and then sent me home without telling me when to bring my dog back in to get the staples out. My husband called and left a complaint on their voicemail and haven't heard from them since! STAY AWAY!

My daughter bought a puppy at Gen. County Humane Society. This vet was paired with a program through there, and she got her follow up care at this vet for puppy shots and check ups. She liked them.
When our cat went into convulsions at 11:00 AM on a Wednesday morning, no veterinarian at Pointe was going to be available until later in the afternoon. We finally ended up driving our cat to an emergency hospital 20+ miles away, incurring a $900 bill and our cat died that evening.
