My experience with Dak Management has been that they are very rude. When I first called the company I spoke with a very friendly lady. I had to call back later to get some information verified and spoke with someone named Stacy Doyle. She was extremely rude to me and went so far as to yell at me over the phone. When I asked to speak to her supervisor she yelled "They don't talk to people!" Then she ended the call abruptly and hung up. This is not a company I would ever do business with!

Dak manages the apartments that i live in (stanley) We live on a dead end street that ends in are parking lot with more than enough space for everyone to park two cars, but just this week 4/20/10 the gave everyone one space and the rest is one hour parking. The funny thing is they can take the time to fix this but i have had trouble with bees all last year. some days we would have 8 bees in the house in one day. April is here and i have had two bees in my house. Dak knows this they also know that my wife is deathly allergic to bees if she is stung we must get to the emergence room ASAP. If my wife is then my three children might be as well. i got a new lease this spring saying this is my trouble and i need to take care of it!!! What that is crazy so they want me to rip down the siding and tare into the wall to see where the bees are??? If i do this they will throw me out on my but, so what should be done?
