I was very happy with this company at first. I paid around $68.00 every 3 months for trash removal. When Delaware made its residents have to start having recycling removal (I always recycled before, just took it to the recycling center), my bill jumped. They don't charge too much for the recycling, but I ended up with a $98.00 bill every 3 months. :(

In the past two months they have missed picking up my residential trash on more occasions than they have been on time. They are supposed to collect trash on Friday, when they don't, it sits at the end of my the driveway all weekend. Lately they haven't even bothered to come out until the next scheduled pickup! Lousy, lousy service. Don't bother calling their office they will tell you they're coming to pick it up but they don't.
