I have had nothing but great expieriences with this Family for over 25 years! and they do not sell refurbished appliances!
Worst place to buy anything from. The only customer service is when you are buying; nothing afterwards. They sell junk. Refurbished? I've been told so and am warning all to not stay away from Petrillos.

This company apparently has no customer satisfaction policy though they claim to have on one their website. They state on the back of the sales slip.....where you don't look.....it states all sales final. I am very unhappy with a washer that I bought and they will NOT take it back even for an exchange. I notifed them when the washer was 5 days old that I was not happy with it.
Petrillo's appliances was a great experience and i would recommend them to anyone. They were very helpful in helping me find all the right products for our kitchen. They had the best prices in town and I know because I did try to shop around by going to 3 different stores. No one could come close. My kitchen is absolutely beautiful thanks to them. The whole process was very easy thanks to them and going through this can get irritating real quick but they were a pleasure to deal with. When you go make sure you ask for James one of the bosses sons. Without him i would have pulled out all of my hair. Thanks Again!!!!
