Provided by YP.comBeen using Colonial's service department ever since I moved to the area about 2 years ago. Never had a bad experience. Hadn't dealt with sales until I had to replace my lease last month. Pretty obvious why they're #1.

Provided by YP.comMy significant other was badly in need of a car. She had a 12 year old Saturn that she loved but it was just costing too much money for repairs. I did a little research of Nissan Dealerships in the Philadelphia area to make sure I was going to a reputable place that wasn't going to give me the typical shady sales. I found good reviews for Colonial Nissan. I also have a friend who has purchased his cars there for years and he highly recommended them.
As we arrived and Sergey Panchenko greeted us immediately. He was very polite and catered to our interests. We were interested in the 2013 Altima. We did a test drive and were very impressed. We decided to look at financing options and Colonial was great. They gave us a good deal with a great maintenance contract. They gave us good trade in value for the Saturn. Alex and John in the financing department were a pleasure to deal with and Serge Bren made sure that we knew the most pertinent features of the car right before we drove away. All in all if you are looking for a great car buying experience, I would recommend Colonial Nissan to anyone.

Provided by YP.comWARNING! COLONIAL NISSAN has RESUMED POSTING BOGUS rave REVIEWS FOR ITSELF ALL OVER THE INTERNET. MANY WEBSITES NOW inexplicably DELETE GENUINE NEGATIVE REVIEWS YET KEEP FAKE POSITIVE REVIEWS. THANK GOD THAT Yellowpages IS AN EXCEPTION. COLONIAL NISSAN CHEATS ITS CUSTOMERS BY GROSSLY OVERCHARGING THEM. COLONIAL NISSAN USES EVERY DECEPTIVE SALES TACTIC IN THE BOOK, SUCH AS subliminal intimidation and BAIT AND SWITCH. READ THE DOZENS OF AUTHENTIC NEGATIVE REVIEWS FOR COLONIAL NISSAN WHICH ARE BURIED AMIDST THE HUNDREDS OF FAKE POSITIVE REVIEWS FOR THEM. I WAS CHEATED OUT OF THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS BY COLONIAL NISSAN. DO NOT BE THEIR NEXT VICTIM! Avoid Colonial Nissan.

Provided by YP.comI would definitely shop around. Their pricing is far above other local Nissan dealers. I am guilty for grossly over-paying for a demo when Conicelli was selling one for 3k less (I admit, my own fault).
They sold me what I thought was a Nissan Gold Warranty, only to find I was sold some CNA warranty for the same price (not what I asked for). Was more annoyed I didnt notice this when I signed on the dotted line.
Their service department is great. Service managers are great and will do whatever they can to make sure you get the best price for the service.
Called twice for paperwork. Finance manager never returned my calls. Poor customer service.
Bottom line: I wouldn't buy another car from them ever again; that, and I'm not a huge fan of Ron. BUT, their service is great and I will continue to take both of my Nissans to them.

Provided by YP.comI am very satisfied with my recent lease experience at Colonial Nissan. From beginning to end they made me feel comfortable and made the process as easy as possible for me. After much research, I went in there knowing what I wanted to pay and they were able to make me a deal for less than that. Both Chris and Jeff were fantastic dealing with me. I knew what I wanted and I got everything that I asked for. Before I drove off the lot they made sure that I knew how everything in the car worked and set up the blutooth for me. Chris followed up with me a few days later to make sure that I was happy with my new 2013 Altima Coupe and has been there to answer any question that I had about the car since. I was referred to Colonial by a friend of mine and I would definitely recommend Colonial Nissan to others! I suggest that you ask for Chris Salmon.

Provided by YP.comI would recommend Colonial Nissan. This is my second car purchase from here and I couldn't be happier. I have also had service done there as well. Everything was done promptly and explained to me along the way. I will be back for my third car in a few years

Provided by YP.comWHAT AN AWFUL EXPERIENCE! I was looking for a specific car in which they told me they had in stock at 3:00 pm. I made an appointment at 4:00 pm that same day. When I arrived, I was escorted to a desk and was asked this first question, "Will you be financing?" I immediately knew that I would not get a competitive rate if I was to finance. Then they immediately proceeded to tell me that the car I came in for was sold and delivered. Within 60 minutes? Really? The paperwork takes that long! The manager went into hiding as he saw me getting ready to leave. I waited him out to tell him that they are scam artists to get people in. He told me he would check again. He then proceeded to tell me that I asked for the wrong thing. Really? I am pretty good at colors and I know the difference between beige and black! After I left I received a phone call from someone else who gave me yet another excuse which was the owner took that car. Really? I never met an owner of a dealership who did not want one of the better cars on the lot OR would not sell it to a customer. The lies are so great at Colonial Nissan that even they can't keep them straight! These people just know how to waste your time and raise your blood pressure! the best 2 words to describe this dealership is "THEY SUCK!"

Provided by YP.comI recently just bought a brand new Altima from Colonial Nissan and the experience couldn't of gone any smoother. I did a bunch of shopping around, online pricing, looking at websites and visiting several dealers. Colonial Nissan seemed to have the nicest staff and largest selection of vehicles for me to choose from. What really made the deal was the great low price I got from them which was lower then all the other dealers I visited. I am glad I found Colonial Nissan and will be using them in the future next time I need a car.

Provided by YP.comI have been trying to buy a Nissan 350Z for last 3 months. I shopped four dealerships around my remote area. At Colonial Nissan I paid $50 dollars per month less than any other dealer was requiring and I was treated like a real person and not just another way to make money. From my past experiences most dealers see the customer as another profit paying person. I want to thank Guy for his great customer service and friendly attitude.

Provided by YP.comI bought my current car from Colonial Nissan about a year ago and since all went well, I thought I would try their Service department. I must say I was highly impressed by the staff, prices and time frame in which my car was serviced. I was not endlessly told about all the other things I need to purchase for my car and the issues I brought up were always resolved in a timely manner. Give them a try, you wont be let down.

Provided by YP.comI purchased a new vehicle. Had problems as soon as I drove it off the lot. Told my salesman, he said he couldnt do anything. Then I went to executive sales manager, jason friedman, who said what do you want me to do? the deal is done. go to repair center across the street. Jason Friedman, exemplifies the understanding everyone gets when you hear the term "used car salesman". He was very rude and obnoxious. This coming from the executive sales manager. I recommend DONT BUY FROM COLONIAL NISSAN. All they care about is the sale, not the customer. I went to another nissan dealership and they were glad to resolve my problem. PEOPLE BEWARE - I have spoken to numerous people about my experience and they have all echoed the same response. Why did you go there? Don't you know of their reputation. These people are the type of people you would not mind to see go out of business. Yeah, they can get you once but you are a fool if you allow it to happen repeatedly. It is a shame, many years ago this was a family run business who had a great reputation, but they has disappeared.
