Well the their office in Malvern, is nice, while it's only a single MRI unit, a sitting unit, you can't stand, the staff are somewhat friendly. The machine isn't as loud as others (for those who love the knocking and clicking), very uncomfortable to take MRIs while sitting, when you can go someone else and get them done laying down in an enclosed Tube!!! They aren?t overly concerned about having lots of and lots of metal in the room with the MRI unit, although the floor is nice hardwood flooring. They have a giant large screen TV that you can watch movies while getting your MRI, they don't provide you with any form of ear protection. They do however provide you with a CD of the images and films after the MRI, they don't have an on-site radiologist to exam the films, and they are sent elsewhere. Although they are one of the few places that is able to do a flexion/ extension MRI of the lumbar area standing, they however weren?t on time for my appointment and what was suppose to take
