Founded in 1958, Mott Road Elementary School is one of three elementary schools in the Fayetteville-Manlius School District and enrolls more than 470 students in kindergarten through grade four. Its campus includes a library, gymnasium, classrooms and art and music rooms. The school s academic curriculum includes several subjects, such as math, art, science, social studies and physical education. Its counseling program educates students in decision making, problem solving, goal setting and self-awareness. The school offers a character education program that imparts values of respect, responsibility, generosity and perseverance to students. It has a parent council that meets with the school superintendent and district personnel to discuss several topics related to curriculum, transportation, testing, communication and community. Mott Road Elementary School is located in Fayetteville, N.Y.
