If you are new to pool ownership look no further. We talked to many stores in town and decided to go here because of the free advice they give willingly. They do not pressure you into anything and seem to enjoy the job. I had a problem with a loose piece on my filter and a tech was sent out quickly. He took the time to explain what happened and how to prevent it in the future. My wife and I have been very pleased.

My pool was green and thanks to their suggestions it turned clear in less than 2 days! I highly recommend them.

I chose Parrot Bay to build my pool about 6 months ago, and although it was a really tough decision for me and my husband, they were really helpful and reassuring. I have called them on numerous occasions for assistance and they have always took the time to answer my concerns.

We originally had Parrot Bay build our pool a little over 4 years ago. We chose to do so in the winter time to be ready for spring. Even though their working conditions were less than great and the weather was awful, they pushed through every aspect of the project including financing, design, and the work my husband wanted to do himself. The company is much bigger now and I still enjoy good customer service. I come in to get my water tested and they open and close my pool each year and always let me know if something needs to be tweaked. We have had a great relationship since my pool was put in. You have to think about a pool as a long term thing, not just the install, but the maintenance over time. Pools need to be taken good care of along the way, and Parrot Bay takes great care of mine.
