Have gone here for years as the price has been fair before. Ever since Felix the owner has left to run his other store not only have price skyrocketed compared to every other tobacco shop on Yadkin, the employees service and hospitality have taken a major hit! The younger guys while the language barrier may be the cause, do not seem to want to help you in any way. The major problem is the small Sam guy! While he can be nice one minute, in a instant for no legitimate reason he starts cursing about asking to see what kind of incense he has! "Are you going to buy it or waste my time?" He asks, now this is after I've spent $20 on drinks, snacks, and tobacco! I tell him I would like to see the selection he has before I decide and he explodes again saying I'm wasting his time! This is thirty minutes before they close and I am the ONLY one in the store when I ask. As we exchange unpleasantries while I leave, a homely looking drugged up couple decides to act threatening towards me. I walked away hoping he would be dumb enough to try and step my way. Wisely his husband advised him to leave it alone. I hope he realizes just because he lives on the street doesn't mean he is hard on these streets. Either way between unsavory, dirty, scumbags that frequent the place and the fact that Sam can't separate his personal family problems from a regular customer who has ALWAYS got along with the owner Felix, I have decided to not spend .50 more on cigarettes daily and just go the extra half mile or so where people are competent in our language and not so rude! I am sorry Felix but as long as Sam works there I will always recommend people steer clear of Mr. tobacco, the tobacco shop next to the New Orleanian, the Hobbit, and General Jacksons! With all the smoking paraphernalia I don't know why it is blacklisted with the military as well!

I went to five tobacco shops in Fayetteville before I found my favorite cigarette brand and these guys had it. Best selection guaranteed.
