I have call more then serveral times and no one has notAnswer the phone. You can't get no information or response the phone continue to ring everyday with no one picking up there phones. The rating I would give is not on the chart. Fayetteville shouldn't be open because that how they receive you like they not there you talking to yourselves or they don't care like you do not assist.
