My name is Dan Dederick and I am proud to be the general manager of our 5 Star Award winning Chrysler Jeep dealership here in Fayetteville NC. (An All-American City). Our military neighbor, Ft Bragg, is home to America's Airborne & Special Forces headquarters. As a Marine veteran, I am honored to serve those who have served our great country. To busy to provide information and/or service. Even the collision manager walked pass and didn't offer a "can I help you or, some one will be with you in a few minutes". This was at 1:25 PM. 8/11/11. No one at the help desk? Body Shop. Took my business somewhere else.
