I CALLED several times today and the office does not answer the phone. I am trying to make a payment and discuss the policy. This is highly unprofessional. The least they could do is to respond and let us know they will be right with me . But not ansering the phone makes me ill. The calls were made at 11:30 am Feb. 10,2015. It is lunch time or still breakfast?
