This company was sent out by my home warranty company and did an excellent job replacing my unit, but when this new unit immediately began having problem their service began to decline. After several calls they sent a tech out who could not deduce the problem and as a result they began the remove and replace parts. When this did not work they then began to act as if we had caused the problem. After several more calls they finally figured out that the problem was with the unit, and assured us that they would get in touch with the warranty company and fix the problem. After a month with no response we called Elite air again and were told that we would have to contact the warranty company on our own to get the problem solved, they had too much time in the unit. The long and short of the matter is; after 7 months and numerous phone calls our AC still does not work properly! By the way Elite Air was paid on time and with out incident. What happen to service after the sell, or a solution?

After several more calls they finally figured out that the problem was with the unit, and assured us that they would get in touch with the warranty company and fix the problem. After two week of no response we called them again and were assured that they would get in touch with the warranty company and take care of the problem. After an additional two week with no response we again call the Elite Air and were told that we had to get in touch with the warranty company because they had too much time in the unit and were now refusing to make good on their promises. The long and short of the matter is; after 7 months and numerous phone calls our AC still does not work properly! By the way Elite Air was paid not only by the warranty company but also by us (for additional items that they said we needed) all payments were received on time and with out incident. What happen to service after the sell, or at least as advertised the solution to my problem!
