The Cape Fear Valley Cancer Center offers a range of clinical cancer screening services and extensive community education outreach opportunities. The center s clinical screening services include breast, thyroid, mouth, skin, lymph node, cervical and ovarian examinations for women. The Cape Fear Valley Cancer Center also offers comprehensive prostate and testis screening services for men. The center specializes in identifying and helping patients who have an increased risk for cancer. Its staff includes physicians, advanced registered nurse practitioners, nurses, technologists, scientists and counselors. The Cape Fear Valley Cancer Center is accredited through the American College of Surgeons Commission On Cancer with commendation as a Community Hospital Comprehensive Cancer Center. It maintains a location in Fayetteville, N.C.
