family and friends visited this restauraunt on saturday service was fair we didnt receive our full order it was the first visit for most of us the bangbang shrimp was great so we decided to order out on wednesday bang bang shrimp of course it was awfui it wasnt tossed it didnt taste the same we had about twelve shrimp a piece so we called to inquire about the portion size and appearance the least to say all we got was an excuse and it was your shrimp would be soggy it was wet at the restaurant saturday we were really disappointed i was planning to have a function there for my co-worker whos leaving next month but i really will not chose Bonefish Grill customer service recovery was awful not that i wanted anything in return just trying to understand why eating inside Bonefish the food did look appetizing taste was great but when you order out it looks totally different not appetizing at all as of now BONEFISH IS OFF MY LIST WORD OF MOUTH WILL MAKE YOU OR BREAK YOU CUSTOMER SERVICE TOPS
