When we signed we were told one price but charged another during my husbands deployment. Then when he was coming home I was told by the office all I neede to do was remove oyr things and they check the units.... they continued to charge us and then when confronted with it they told us that we were lying. And refused to reimburse us for the over charges! Never use this storage unit. They are very rude and when I went into their office to let them know I was having trouble with the gatethe pperson behind the desk had their boyfriend sitting behind the desk and acted like I was an annoyance when I came in. Worst experience with any company ever!

I have had a storage shed at this site for 2 1/2 yrs. I've found the staff & managers to always be professional, helpful, & friendly. I recommend this facility without reservation.
