I would not give them any stars at all. I asked that someone come out and fix our diverter valve in both bathrooms. They sent out two obvious inexperienced men. They came out and did not call first as I was told, and I was given a 3 hours time frame when they would come. They fixed nothing left and said it was. I called back they sent then did not call to make sure I was home and did not fix it again, the 3rd time they came out it was to give me an estimate on fixing one of them but I was not home and they did not call and my 20 year had no knowledge of what was to be done. So, $96.00 later a man from another company will be fixing it correctly but we are out $96. I called and talked with the owner and he was to send someone else out and still no one has called or come out. No apologies and NO MONEY BACK AND NO BATHTUB FIXED. I am disgusted, may go to better business bureau! Do not use them if you are smart-n customer satisfaction here. Marianne Ortega

Waste of time, money, and effort! Very unprofessional. Misidentified the problem and performed unnecessary service that cost us $100. Too greedy. We were ready to have them come back and fix the problem when we finally figured out what needed to be fixed, but they refused to credit us the money we already paid, and offered the following: raised the price of the service from what was originally quoted, and then offered a partial credit for the unnecessary service they performed earlier. We ended up hiring a different company that addressed our problem more professionally and it was few hundred bucks cheaper too!
