      DSSC is a private, instruction based strength and conditioning facility that offers personal and small group training for kids to adults, novice to experienced. DSSC offers a variety of programs: CrossFit / general fitness to sports performance to prenatal and postpartum fitness for moms to weightlifting. DSSC is a CrossFit Affiliate as well as a USAW Affiliated Club. The coaching staff is both extremely knowledgable and experienced with some of the best certifications in the business. This coupled with an inviting yet individually challenging environment creates an unparalleled atmosphere. All you have to do is show up and work hard!
