They took care of my daughter car. She is off at college and I was amazed at the job they did and the manner in which they handle their business. Had I taken it to a Mercedes dealership it would have been much higher and much slower. Good Job!

I have owned 3 Mercedes in the past 15 years and Roger and Terry at Shuler have been a Godsend. Since they only work on Mercedes they know all the models and they're little quirks and strengths. I can't tell you how many times they've diagnosed my problem over the phone. They always give you a estimate and stick to it. If your car needs something else or the estimate is off, they call you. AND they stand 100% behind their work.Being a woman I'm not good at things like changing light bulbs or wiper blades. I can just drive in and they do it for me for no charge. It's a family operation and wife and daughters work there too. I give this place an A+.

They knew exactly what the problem was with my 380 SL, and were right on their estimate which was way cheaper than I thought. Took my 190E there and they were $600 under estimate of Jones Motors and they stayed on estimate. Both cars run great. Roger is down to earth and took the time to talk to me about my options and didn't give me a line of bull. All good people. Thanks!
