This is a business that shouldn't be in business!!! Horrible communication and they promise service and repairs and don't follow through. They were to service our pool pump and we were "told" that a new pump was ordered and never heard from them again. We called them and left several messages and was told they ordered a new pump and that Hayward takes a long time, then another week went by and still no follow up by them. After leaving even more messages, they finally returned our call about followup service and after all the LIES was told to go elsewhere for service..How unprofessional. I DON'T RECOMMEND THEIR SERVICES. This is some low brow, run out of the home, small time business that will no longer exist. I have contacted Hayward about their business standards.
