Have been wanting to change insurance policies for awhile but life gets in the way. Then Sandy happened and had some roof damage. Began the long battle with the insurance co. Still fighting! Well long story short my insurance company (one here on the island) short changed me and dropped my policy due to roof. Went to my local Allstate agent in RVC who policy was with and she was USELESS. At the same time the LI Press came out again with their ranking giving Cotten first place. Well I finally called them and should have done it 3 years ago. I called and spoke to Margaret who was a pleasure to deal with. Discussed the situation with roof and having it fixed in spring after all this snow. She said no problem I'll get some quotes and sure enough it was done quick, efficient and CHEAPER. I'm saving 6 hundred on the same coverage! Go figure. Call them

Margaret Crafa was by far the most helpful insurance agent I have ever dealt with. I needed workers compensation coverage and was having a problem with State Insurance Fund. She was able to get me coverage immediately and save me a lot of time and aggravation I would highly recommend Cotten Coverage.

Cotten Coverage has been great since day one. The customer service is 110% always. Katherine is who I always deal with for my billing and she's always pleasant and always helps me with any of my concerns. Keep up the great work Cotten. I will definitely refer Cotten Coverage to friends and family. Not only did they save me money on my insurance. The customer service is tremendous.

Changing to Cotton Coverage has been by far the wisest choice my family has ever made. The "Insurance Doctor" has helped my family save a ton of $$ over the years and his care for his customers is unlike any other broker I have ever dealt with.
