Country Care Assisted Living is Farmington, Utah's premier assisted living facility. We are located in West Farmington surrounded by beautiful scenery and views of the Wasatch Mountains. Country Care opened its doors in 1997 with the goal of providing safe and comfortable living spaces to the wonderful senior population of Farmington. Over the years, our facility has housed over a hundred residents who considered Country Care their home. We understand that every individual has different needs, which is why we strive to provide personalized care and support to our residents.
