I started a home refinance with US Bank over one month ago. I did all of the paperwork and now they have disappeared. I want to know if they have received all of the paperwork they need from me, if it is correct, see where we are in the process. I leave messages almost daily to several different people who have been involved along the way and I get no response. I'm in this almost $1000 now, this money was spent to start the refinancing process and pay the appraiser. I can't even get an update to see where we are, let alone if I even have a refinance in process.
