Horrible service. With all the workers in that front area, no one will greet you or check you in If you have questions on paperwork. Never going back again.

This is assembly line eye care in a big way. The staff was impersonal; trying so hard to be efficient that they missed their purpose entirely. I am a patient and they are being paid to treat me in a courteous and timely manner. I arrived early enough to fill out paperwork, which no one bothered to review so they kept asking the same questions over and over. She didn't seem to believe that I didn't bring my glasses because I don't wear glasses or contacts. They couldn't find my records, so I was sent back to the waiting room. Finally got into the doctor's exam room and the tech didn't respond when I asked if they had located my records. I walked out after I'd been in the office for an hour. I won't go back.
