I normally love this spa for facials but I was VERY disappointed on Valentine's Day when I booked a two 1/2 hour massages for me and my boyfriend. We were on time but the masseuse/s were running late with the previous client. I figured it didn't matter because I allowed plenty of time to get to the restaurant where we had dinner reservations later that evening. The massages were pretty generic, even though we booked the Deep Tissue massage, it didn't feel as if we got the massage we were expecting. Then I was surprised to find we had been in the room for an hour and I was being charged for two HOUR massages! I explained that I had booked the half hour and it was their error, but was basically told too bad, we gave you hour massages, and that's what you owe. I was also p*ssed off that we were late for dinner because of this. I have emailed the spa 3 times with no response, so I have given them this bad review and hope you heed the warning before you waste your money here.
