Worst service ever. Took my car in for a fender bender. Picked it up and the driver door barely closed. Without even looking at it insisted the hinge was worn out. I said the foot worked fine before. They refused to even look at it. Then driving at night my headlights didn't work. Once again they insisted it was my fault. Didn't look at it.

Suburban collision of Farmington Hills was the worst decision I made when coming to take care of my car needs after a crash. Upon taking my car to the dealership for repair (most dealerships with the name suburban outsource their body work to this place) I was taken on a ride that nearly lasted 2 and 1/2 months. Their collision repair expert "Rick" leaves much to be desired. The initial estimate of 4 weeks for total repair became 10 weeks before I got my vehicle back. My insurance company had payment to them in full within 2 business days and they say on those checks for nearly 2 weeks before beginning the repair process. After nearly 8400 dollars in repairs their people still don't know who I am when I call and act like they are doing me a favor in taking my business. Their were 17 telephone calls between Rick and myself through the repair process of which I had to initiate 14. I had to inject myself within the process in order to get the repairs done doing their job by calling
