My vehicle had a timing chain failure due to oil leakage. I took it to northwest and they charged around $800 To replace timing drive and fix the leak. But after I got my vehicle back I observed that my engine oil was leaking even more badly. Almost every day I was finding engine oil gone and replacing it. I took it back to them and they obviously forgot to put the crankshaft seal which the mechanic accepted on phone. When I checked my bill it was mentioned to have been replaced. When I took back my vehicle to them he argued otherwise and said the leak was another internal seal and would cost another 800$ to fix. It was shady and I understood I as being duped. However as the car was old I felt I did not want to spend more money. They pushed me into selling the car to them which they had jacked up and not ready to bring down.
