A word of caution-- make sure you inspect and photograph your piano before they move it.. Also, inspect the piano after moving to make sure there are no damages. Unfortunately, I noticed a slight damage after movers left my home. I called and spoke to Bob,an owner and one of the men who moved the piano. He did not identify himself as an owner when he was in my home. Bob denied any responsibility and told me to repair the damage with a magic marker. The men were courteous and did take care when moving the piano but I did find black marks on the wall and a slight damage. I think Bob could have handled this complaint in a more appropriate manner.
