Created in 1997 as a technical support division of CompUSA, Telvista was acquired by Technology & Internet Holding in 2001. Technology & Internet Holding is jointly owned by Grupo Carso, Telmex and America Movil. In July 2002, Grupo Tecnico De Servicios, an international outsourcer based in Mexico, joined forces with and adopted the name Telvista. Telvista utilizes a network of contact centers located throughout the United States and Mexico. The company s corporate headquarters are in Dallas.
