I took my computer in because it wasn't working. I was charged $130 for virus removal plus he was supposed to get pictures off and only saved 5, but charged me $10! A week later, my computer locked up again so I took it to a person in my IT dept at work. Turns out, my hard drive was bad. There was no virus at all, just a guy at Fette who wanted to charge me up the wazoo for not fixing the problem. So, I don't know how the rest of their stuff is, but if you are looking for computer repair, look somewhere else, This place obviously isn't knowledgable.
