Best customer service I have experienced with a shipping company. Very responsive when I have questions and very fast service when I pick up packages that have been held for me. They even will go back and pull the package off of the truck.

the system has NO flexibility and now I missed my packaged and it was returned..

Driver delivers packages goes in my shop bathroom...which is no big deal until I find he pissed all over the seat and toilet. Absolutely disgusting.

I was very upset for the price I had paid for air shipping an important document and they did not deliver it to my house. It had snowed but our road was freshly plowed and they would not go down our street. So we had to go to town 25 miles away at 8pm with our 2 small children to pick up our document that we needed. They told us between 8 and 9. We were there at 8 and the document did not arrive until 8:59 pm.

THIS IS THE Worst hub for UPS..not only dont packages arrive when they say they will but the drivers arent the best. Broken product..Not a very happy customer

First, to be fair a string of 100 good review for my regular UPS guy! On the other hand I noticed somebody new, or filling in, my pkg was put on mail box 3 floors down with no security door. Pkg was ripped open by somebody, thankfull the excess of $100 in contents was all there. It was not until the following days mail about 24hrs later which may not sound like a long time but, pkg was visible from sidewalk and on the main street downtown. No low rent apt, likely one of the most expensive in the area.

I have been waiting for my kids Christmas presents for 2 weeks now. Everybody I talk to at Customer Service "understands" my frustration that my package was delivered to the wrong address, but nobody can do anything about it.
