In hindsight I would never have Showplace Kitchens do my kitchen. What was promised to take 2 weeks spread into 7 weeks with no communication between us and the salesperson. When I contacted the district manager he admitted fault and would not offer any compensation for the additional weeks. If you are looking for someone to do your kitchen research how long on average an install takes. As for Showplace if this is how they do business they will not be in business very long with the lack of customer care they showed right up into the management of the company. This was a company store not a franchise so one would think they would be monitored closer. If you see Showplace kitchens don't walk, run away and find someone else to do the work. You will not be happy with the time it will take them to install your cabinets and the lack of respect they will show you in regards to communicating with you.
