We hired oven door for our wedding a few weekends ago at the Rustic Oaks. The caterers forgot the plates and delayed our dinner an hour and half. The lead caterer was very apologetic and hurried to fix the problem. We understood the issue but had to cancel the cake cutting, the bouquet toss and the pried through the dried out beef that had sat under the heat lamp too long. The owner never emailed us offering an apology nor did he return any emails. When I finally got ahold of him over the phone he hastily told me he would call back but never did. When I called a week later from a different phone I was told he would call back in an hour which he never did and did not answer my voicemail or second email. I would highly recommend to anyone looking to use this caterer to find alternative catering as over door's customer service and professionalism is far below expectations and just obsolete. They charged an 18% service fee as well as for the plates - had no problem cashing our check and ignoring us hoping that we would just drop the issue and move on.

I had a wonderful experience with Oven Door Catering. The food was fantastic, and the service professional. That other review sounds llike a disgruntled employee to me!

This place is god awful. I worked there for a few weeks and they NEVER cleaned, swept the floors, mopped ect. Everything they served came in pre-cooked frozen or in cans or "just add water" bags, NOTHING is made from scratch. They simply try to push out as much food as fast as they can with no regard to quality. They also re-use food sent off-site to a previous catering (which is illegal and unsafe). I would not recommend this catering company, please look elsewhere for your catered event.
