OUR MISSION: It is the mission of MME Logistics to achieve financial success by providing superior logistic solutions to our customers and being an industry leader in innovation. OUR HISTORY: MME Logistics is a subsidiary of Midwest Motor Express. Midwest Motor Express is one of the US’s oldest LTL carriers. Our history dates back to 1918 with its earliest co­founder, Charles Snyder. At the time Snyder’s Dray and Transfer in Bismarck, North Dakota hauled loads of sand, gravel and freight with horses and wagons. Snyder subsequently merged with Joseph Greenstein and Julius Roswick, operating Roswick-Greenstein­Snyder, Inc for a short time before changing the name in 1938 to Midwest Motor Express, Inc. In 1994 Ron Martin, V.P. International Logistics recognized a need for International freight solutions for our MME customers in the midwest and acquired his U.S. Customs Brokerage license to which MME Global Lines was founded and became an official Non­Vessel Operating Common Carrier (NVOCC) and Freight Forwarder. After working with customers on their International Freight logistics he realized the ever growing need for domestic distribution and transport and in 2016 our name was changed to MME Logistics. Even Though our name is newly changed, our innovation and desire to meet our customers needs has remained unchanged since 1918.
