Have been living here for two years. Nice neighborhood, very pet friendly and great area. unfortunately management has taken a turn from helpful experienced mature individuals to young inexperienced young men. If you need something fixed they are very responsive but once they are in your house they dont seem to have much maintence knowledge. It took me nine months to get a new dish washer. Dont expect the snow to be plowed anytime before noon if at all, even though in their lease they list this as one of the perks you pay for. also too many children playing in the streets, I have on occasion almost hit them while attempting to get to my townhouse. Overall it is an okay place to live but I would only recomment it as a last resort, and you definately are not getting what you pay for, it is pricey here.
