The Lutheran Social Services of North Dakota, founded in 1919, serves orphans, homeless, abandoned, neglected and dependent children. The organization s attendant care program serves youth who need supervision after being picked up and charged with an offense by local law enforcement. The Lutheran Social Services of North Dakota also provides training and support to early care givers and educational professionals on the local, state and national level.
