Our group had to wait 15 minutes just to sit down at a table that had been empty even longer. At that time I had to ask for a towel to wipe down the side of the table where something had spilled and crusted on. My sister had the French Toast combo with hard toast (old) and eggs not done. My niece had pancakes with liquid middles. My other niece had stuffed french toast that was hard. My fiance had the viva la french toast combo in which the french toast was tough. I had the pancake combo with scrambled eggs where they forgot to butter my substituted toast (which ended up very hard) and the eggs were ice cold.Mother had the 2x2 with the eggs over medium. When she cut into them, the egg was so raw that the white part mixed with the yolk which came spurting out onto the plate. She sent them back and received a replacement which was not better. We did not complain that day because of a time issue, so I called today and the manager said, "Oh, Okay". Did not apologize, nothing.Bill $70
We arrived at 8:30am on a Sunday morning; there were very few cars in the lot. About half of the tables were empty. Our group had to wait 15 minutes just to sit down at a table that had been empty even longer. At that time I had to ask for a towel to wipe down the side of the table where something had spilled and crusted on. the 2x2 with the eggs over medium. When she cut into them, the egg was so raw that the white part mixed with the yolk which came spurting out onto the plate. She sent them back and received a replacement which was not better. After seeing how my Mother's issue was handled, we did not send anymore back; the French Toast combo with hard toast (old) and eggs not done. The viva la french toasts combo had tough/hard/gummy french toast. pancake combo had cold eggs and unbuttered toast. They forgot to butter my toast!I we should not have to send back 6 out of 8 plates of food!We would have talked to the manager if he would have been ANYWHERE near or approachable!
