People have been nice to me there, but i had to get another set of lenses ordered and the turn around time has been 5 weeks so far...now for me thats not really a big deal because i can get by with just reading glasses, but wow, if i really needed those and they were the only pair of glasses i had, that would be inexcusable. So much for the express part of Eyemart Express.

Other stores are wanting $400 or more for the same styles. I am fine with waiting a little while if it will save me $250 or more. I have always been hay with my glasses from here.

Cannot say that I was overly impressed with my recent visit to this store. My wife and I had already picked out frames and still waited over twenty minutes for any sort of assistance. When we were helped the lady we were working with seemed rushed and somewhat unorganized. In spite of the fact that we had all of our insurance paperwork with us, she insisted on going through the verification process which burned up another fifteen minutes. Finally, after sitting in the store for just short of two hours, we were told that our glasses would be ready by 6:30 that evening. Seven hours after walking in! Will definately do more shopping around next time.

I have heard many good things about the products that are sold here but keep hearing about the poor customer service. I too recently had a telephone encounter and then later a clerk at the store made me feel like I was an inconvenience. In these times of economic difficulties it's important that customers be treated well or we will take our business elsewhere. Wonderful deals on glasses though.

I was pleased with my service when I ordered my glasses and am so far pleased with my glasses, but after picking them up today I am not as happy with the customer service at all. I had to have my glasses adjusted a few time and was treated as if I was making up the fact that they didn't fit correctly, I was ready to ask for a manager until she finally just got them good enough, but am still not sure they are, I just didn't want to work with her anymore on it, I was treated as if I was bothering her because she had to do her job, I was disappointed in the customer service and am not sure I'd want to buy glasses here again because of how rude the lady that helped me was. I was also told at the time I ordered them that they would call me and never did. If I need to have my glasses adjusted again I will bring them to the manager only, he seemed great, but the ladies working need some customer service training, I have heard similar comments from others about how rude the ladies are here.
