The worst.

I’m very disappointed with Culinex. I wanted to buy. 50 lbs. fryer, and have it delivered. The salesperson (Nancy) quoted the delivery charge at $150. She gave me a drawn out explanation of how two people would have to deliver it, how they would require special equipment, and other charges.
I knew she was just trying pad her commission. We had ordered a 1 door freezer several months ago, and there wasn’t any delivery.
When we got the fryer, the serial numbers didn’t match what was on the delivery paperwork.
That company has gone downhill. I refuse to use them anymore.

Culinex has good people working for them - my sales person seemed to have my best interest at heart. I knew what products I wanted but the sales person seemed to be pushing for their private brand and brands I didn't want. They only want you to buy certain brands it seems, but that is a guess. I bought somewhere else for less because of that reason. I want what I ask for not what I'm told to buy.
