A patient just called this pharmacy and said that she did not get one of her medications. The Pharmacist asked which one? The patient that she did not know. His reply was "I'm not your mother or your babysitter. You should know which medicine you didn't get" and went on to slam the phone down. Wow. I understand that people get frustrated and have bad days, but this is too much. Perhaps this patient did not know the name of her medication; what she knew was that one of her usual medications was missing; now, the Pharmacist just had to look at his RECORDS and find out which medication was not dispensed. Whatever his problems of the day were, he should have not taken them out on the patient. I hope somebody who cares in this pharmacy does something about it; perhaps some Customer Service training or a permanent vacation from the pharmacy. He may learn new manners and to appreciate people.

this pharmacy needs to learn how to communicate professionally with their customers I dropped off 2 prescriptions for my son 1 of them is a controlled substance my son went to pick up his prescriptions the following day everybody knows the staple the bags close with the prescription order staples outside of the bag when my son got his medications home I open the bag and realized that he was missing 1 bottle of pills which happens to be the controlled substance I called the pharmacy to let them know that when I opened up the bag there was 1 bottle of pills and a small box of toothpaste I woke back up to the pharmacy to show the pharmacists what was in the bag he tells me they don't sell that toothpaste I asked him where is the other prescription he insist on telling me that my son took his own medication out the bag REALLY I told the pharmacist this was the second time that his medicine got lost. the pharmacist response was why do you keep coming here.so with that said I will no longer be going there I'll be taking all my prescriptions to CVS where they know how to treat customers I truly believe that my sons medication has been given to someone else by accident but the pharmacy will never omit that a mistake like that could happen so I really hope whoever has those pills read the label before they unknowingly take it and contacts the pharmacy to let them know that they can make mistakes too...i give Vista Pharmacy 0 stars
