We are new to Falmouth and we have a 30' Searay. Just before the Memorial Day weekend, something was wrong with the fresh water system. We called Pier 37 and the service were great! I feel so lucky to have called them by chance. We discussed the situation with Carolyn, she suggested we bring it over right then. And so we did. The service tech greeted us at the dock and turned out to be a stuck valve on the water system. Thankfully, no big problem. My husband then had a chance to speak with him about a couple of other issues which concerned him. We left with peace of mind, both because he fixed the problem, and because we found a great local service center to care for our boat.
