1 Star is way too much! I had an absolute horrible experience with this dealership! Very unprofessional and horrible service. My truck runs worse than when I brought it in after $2,000.00!!! I have to go to another mechanic and try to get my money back in court. They quoted to have job done by end of day which was a 4 hour job at best and had it two days for a simple brake job,rotors, and calipers.I had a scheduled appointment, agreed to go with all the work they pushed on me when it was one frozen caliper I did both sides complete. They promised to have it back and I lost a days work being a contractor that pulls trailers. I am so upset about it, I will NEVER buy a Dodge again.There answer was that they had other customers to work on. I was the first one there at 8AM when the place was empty. Who cares how busy you got afterwards!The brakes now pulsate which they didn`t before and their answer is my back rotor is warped. It didn`t pulsate before and if it did why wasn`t it in quote!
