I was a patient at Emerson House 15 yrs. ago and I am proud to say I have been clean and sober since then. Thanks to Louise and staff, I had the tools needed to start my journey into a wonderful life. I attend AA , have a sponsor, and belong to the "Stop Digging Group" in Methuen, Ma. I was quite a mess when I went there, but I listened with open ears and heart, hoping for a better life. Thank You all for giving me the tools and foundation I needed to my road to recovery! Kate

I was a resident over 37 yrs ago -summer of 75 - have been sober since then, life could have gone horribly bad, but with the Cousilling and meetings it set be straight. I was married for 30 yrs, now widowed, have 2 grown children, and was and RN for 25 yrs, life could have been tragic if I was not caught in time !
