The Beach Breeze Inn is an 1858 traditional Cape Cod style Inn that has been restored to it's original beauty while adding the modern amenities expected by today's travelers. We are located just 100 yards from the warm waters of Vineyard Sound and feature ocean views in most of our rooms and air conditioning in all of our rooms. Our environment is casual beach house and we welcome guests from literally around the globe. Start your day with complimentary fresh brewed coffee or with one of our selection of teas, take some time to savor the ocean breeze while relaxing on our front porch or on one of the Adirondacks on our front lawn. After dinner, join us at the outdoor fire pit and make yourself a s'more from the fixings we provide daily. Pack light as we provide beach towels, beach chairs, pak n plays, and even sun tan lotion.
