Ouch, absolutely horrible treatment. I was getting the impression that the supervisor didn't want my business and that seemed kind of funny since this branch is in an underprivileged area. Youd think they would welcome new business? I was discussing this at our HOA meeting and a women told me the same thing happened to her. She told me that TD Bank inflates their rates to take advantage of their underprivileged customers, so they run-off customers from outside the neighborhood. I cant say if thats true or not because I left in discuss, but before leaving I did learn that they do not offer a free-checking option which seems to fit what Brenda told me!
