This was the worst experience I have ever had with a bus company. My cousins, uncles, and I rented a 24 passenger bus to pick my grandfather and his family/friends up in Crofton, Maryland and bring them down to Lansdowne, VA. This rental was for my grandfather's surprise 70th birthday, so it was a big deal! The bus picked them up ontime, but then claimed his GPS was broke, so he ended up 5 miles east of West Virginia. After they finally showed up to the party an hour late we asked if he would stay an additional hour to make up for the tardiness. He agreed, as long as we paid him $125 for the hour--we did because we wanted my grandfather to have a good time. When I got the quote and signed a contract for $700, we put $350 in a credit card, and paid the last $350 in cash. The next business day Sky Coachways charged the credit card for the "remaining" $350 we already paid. Almost a month later, we still havn't recieved our credit! Do not EVER use them! They aren'tt trustworthy & thieves!
