I am a fairly new homeowner and found this company searching online. I went way out of my way to visit their showroom and was shocked at the service I received. The service was very impersonal, actually worse than the DC Home Depot. When I confronted the manager she tried to turn the situation back on me saying I wasn't asking the right questions. I left messages to speak with the owner and still haven't heard from him. This is the downside to small businesses.
