Adair, an internationally-known association and business executive, is Chief Executive Officer of ORS Interactive, Inc, a consulting and technology firm headquartered in Falls Church, Virginia and a Director of ORS Multim dia Interativa, Ltda. in Salvador, Bahia, Brazil.The capabilities of ORS include developing learning and collaboration strategies ; identifying criteria for competencies and standards ; curriculum design ; integrating media and instructional technology ; re-purposing content ; administration of assessments and certifications ; systems development ; technology transfer ; licensing agreements ; resource acquisition, project development and management ; marketing ; and logistical support.
