I am highly satisfied with the work done by this shop. I took my vehicle there after being disappointed by the dealer. They did a more comprehensive job faster and for less cost. I was so impressed that after one car was completed, I left my other for repairs as well. By the way, part of the same group is Butch who does great detailing work. He did both of my cars as well. A high "5" for this team.
Had my jeep towed in due to it not starting. Fuel pump problem. I asked for the cheaper fuel pump to be put in instead of the dealership part the service manager tried to sell to me. He said okay. He calls to let me know it's ready to pick up. I go there and the bill is $150 more than what he quoted me. Turns out he put the dealership part in after all. I told him I didn't agree to that and then he actually said that yes I did. I couldn't believe he lied to my face so I made him full aware that he was lying and I wasn't going to stand for that. He said whatever and brought the price down to the original amount he had quoted me. Jeep is running fine now, but never bringing it back there for work again. Make sure you're EXTREMELY clear with this guy and have it down in writing if you do decide to go with him. He says WHAT a LOT on the phone too but didn't say what once when I spoke with him in person. Interesting tactic. Just be careful, and if you have the means, go somewhere else.
I've been dealing with AA Auto Service for 10 years. The owner, Bobby Bynaker, is among that small group who take pride in their work and in giving highly professional service at a price which is, most often, less than I expect. Bobby trains and directs his small staff, but deals with every customer himself. His diagnosis of problems, recommended remedies, pricing, and time estimates are always exact, reliable, and effective.A most knowledgable mechanic, a rare individual who holds to traditional values of fairness and professionalism, and translates those values into doing his best for the customer.
