Driving on I-80, our 30' RVs engine died suddenly. AAA towed us to ____ __________ Group, and left us to wait for them to open on Thurs. We were anxious to get to a nephews' wedding on Sun. Though courteous, the front desk said they were unable to look at the problem until Mon., the day after the wedding! They claimed their service department was covered up, but as the morning progressed, we watched multiple service employees each take repeated smoke breaks, and they stood and watched as we used our own tools to replace the serpentine belt to bypass the air conditioner compressor which had locked up. We made several trips walking to a nearby NAPA where the employees were extremely helpful and hunted schematics and various belts for us to try. After successfully replacing the belt and starting the engine, we replaced the drive shaft that had been removed to tow the RV. We DROVE to NAPA to return the unused belts, and reached the wedding in time thanks to their wonderful service! We hig
